Ground Floor

The Kitchen 

The kitchen is an area of the house in Will Mary Development that is an every home-makers dream. The Kitchen is large and spacious. It backs on to the dining room allowing the dining table to be set discreetly without disturbing activities or conversation on going in the lounge of the house. The Kitchen is well appointed with built in cupboards, Sliding drawers, ceramic tiling, large windows which open out onto the rear hard court area, allowing in light and air to expel any odours from the kitchen.

Several of the houses in the third phase will have an open plan design that gives the house a very contemporary feel

Table surfaces are hard wearing, easy to clean and long lasting .The kitchen also has its own entrance allowing the discreet and easy access of stocks and provisions. Attached to the kitchen is the redesigned large store. Again this room is well lit and ventilated and provides additional storage space to the kitchen cupboards for food items and bulkier goods, cleaning materials and suitcases etc. Should one wish a Fridge or freezer can easily be installed.

The main doors into the houses in Willmary Development open into the lounge. The lounge is light, airy & has full length windows which open via a large double door on to the private lawn The houses are built on one level therefore creating an ideal space for entertaining large numbers of people & the use of both inside and outside ensures that the party goes on Rain or Shine. When in use as a lounge the room is perfect for family evenings at home.

The lounge backs up into the dining area through an open plan arch, giving this large area a real sense of space whilst providing a clear distinction between these two rooms. The dining room is well apportioned perfect for entertaining or for family meals.

Visitors’ Bathroom 

The ground floor features a visitor’s toilet complete with hand basin and vanity mirror. Again this room is sited to allow its discreet use and allow users to freshen up in comfort.

The Stairwell

This is a major feature of the houses in Willmary Development. The large vaulted bay window leading up to the second floor gives the house character and is a distinct visual feature allowing both natural light and air into the building.

First Floors 

The first & second floors in Willmary Development are intended to be the private family areas. The first floor comprises an en-suite Master Bedroom & two family bedrooms.

Both of these bedrooms have well appointed built in wardrobes & are perfect for family members of all ages. These bedrooms share one well-appointed bathroom.

Master Bedroom

This is a room in Willmary Development for rest & relaxation. Your own private sanctuary. A place where at the end of the day one can put on hold the stresses and pressures of everyday living. The large bay window allows plenty of light into the bedroom encouraging one to laze in bed on the weekend and to catch up on the news on TV or from the local dailies from the comfort of your bed. The Second Floor

Willmary Development is now offering a unique concept in this market. Perfect for guest rooms or as additional bedrooms for family members these two rooms share a bathroom. They are Ideal as study areas for the children away from distractions and as a home buyer, you will be able now to choose from a variety of 4 options the room layout on this floor.
By offering this feature we allow you to choose a home design that suits your lifestyle. The options that are available to choose from are as follows:

Option 1
2 additional bedrooms. This would make the house now a 5 bedroom unit. The 2 bedrooms would share a bathroom with shower and toilet and both have access to the balcony.
Option 2 
As the Master Bedroom. You could opt to have this floor as the Master bedroom. In this design, the Bedroom would open onto the large Balcony, have a walk in wardrobe leading into the bathroom which would now be extended to include a bathtub and shower.

 

Housing Infrastructure

As per local building regulations and requirements the estate will be fully serviced with sewer, Street lights, tarmac road, storm water drainage and fire hydrants. Entrance to the property shall be through a secure gate sited on the Brewery road entrance ensuring easy and safe access to the Thika Road.

Parking

All the houses are designed to accommodate a minimum of two vehicles parked inside the gate. Additional visitors parking are planned along the main road frontage. The parking area is a hard court area ensuring the cleanliness of the house.

Staff Quarters

The staff quarters are designed to accommodate one member of staff in comfort with their own ensuite toilet and shower. The forecourt to the staff quarters is a hard court area providing a clean dry area for the hanging of laundry and for the airing of household items. The hard surface is easy to clean and ensures that dirt and mud is not dragged into the house.
